“Working cow horses, for working Cowboys"

At Notta Ranch, located in the Lloydminster area, we raise and train working cow horses. We believe in stress-free training, natural to the way of equine communication.

We like our horses to be agile, but able to work all day. A goal of ours is to try to get away from the light boned, small footed horses you see in the show pens. We bred our horses to be bigger boned to get some serious ranch work done.

Ranch roping and cutting is important in our training program and some of our horses have been trained to cut on buffalo. We also drive our horses in the winter months to help keep them seasoned.

We offer colt starting and clinic and/or clinic hosting. We have a 220 foot x 410 foot outdoor area with 110 foot and 60 foot round pens.

We also have indoor heated and outdoor stalling.
